So my Napoleon natural gas grill has low gas feed to the whole unit. Cleaned my infrared burner, reseated it properly, and it runs low. Other double burners and single burner and rotisserie burner run low. Not sure what it is.

It has to be the gas manifold or the hose, I'm guessing.

Anybody know how I can fix this? Are gas flex-lines able to be blown out? I have compressed air in my garage, but can't get it to the grill. How can I clean out the manifold? I'll submit some diagrams of the grill.

Any insight appreciated.

You sure it’s the grill and not the meter?

Then my house wouldn't have hot water. I'm highly suspect of the grill/feed, not the meter.

Not sure the water heater would require the flow. And I am also not sure which orifice is bigger, the natural gas or the propane one.

It's irrelevant. This isn't brand new. It's been working for 13 years just fine. This spring, the flow rates are low, maybe a third. Happens to all the burners. I cleaned the IR and same thing.

Well I found the problem. The quick disconnect had a check valve. I threw some penetrating oil in there and it started up instantly, full tilt.

Ya I saw that video before. The gas actually shut off from all burners this morning. 100% nothing. Or 0% anything.
