UDS quarters

While the Briskets are on la Sancha I put some leg quarters on the UDS. First time doing chicken on the UDS, so I removed the diverter plate and am very happy with how the drum is cooking.

those look really good, did you cook them with the lid on? do you know what temp you cooked at?

Started with the lid off and quarters on, once the drum hit 300 I put the lid on. Flipped once and total time was about 30 minutes

Yum! I miss my Pit Barrel. Gave it to my son. I may get another.
