My first UDS

Postby limey » Sat Jun 15, 2019 10:58 pm

Took the plunge and bought s custom cooker off of one my BBQ buddies. Could not have been happier with the build. Seasoning her up this evening so I can cook some Father’s Day grub up(my choice). Everything going real smooth so far cooking at around 300 for 4 hours after spraying with PAM. Hope everyone has a great Father’s Day. We went to Sweetie Pie Ribeyes and had a great dinner with the family. Great food and atmosphere.

why is the INSIDE PAINTED???? you are going to get sick as heck BBQ ing after painting the inside of the drum especially the lid..... u better scrub that off or burn it out with a whole lot of wood.

I purchased the pit and the lid is powdered coated and seasoned. Safe to cook on!
