I know its all about preference, but looking for feedback on which one I should spend my money on.
I like the igrill2 has 4 ports and can track your cooks on the iPhone app, but I also see a lot of people on here like the Maverick.
What do you guys think?

I just bought a 733. Lots of people happy with theirs convinced me and I am not too much of an Appy type guy.

Re: igrill2 vs Maverick 733
I have a Mav ET-73 (dual probe) thanks to a generous member/friend and I only use the meat probe. Now let me add that my life style doesn't prohibit me from walking out to the Pit to check the I.T. and "what's happening in general" and the longest cook I'll ever do would be 6 hours. Couldn't ask for better performance for my needs but I'm pretty simple with my Hobby. Good Luck with your Choice

Re: igrill2 vs Maverick 733
Is the igrill2 Bluetooth or Wifi? I think I talked myself out of one due to range at one point.
I have the ET-733 and it works fine for me. Reaches in the house and tells me what I need to know.
One day I'd like to have one that works on wifi and talks to my phone. But in good for now.

I've had three Mavericks, and am currently running two of the 733s. They're absolutely perfect for my needs.

I believe the igrill2 is only Bluetooth.
Thanks for the feedback everyone! Now all I have to do is talk the boss into buying one for me. lol

I have the I grill, not happy due to 3 of the 4 probes have gone bad after about 3 uses.
And cost to replace 1 probe is about $20+
