Brisket Chopping Knife

What do ya'll use to chop up brisket? I've been using my craving knife, but need something a little heavier. Thanks in advance.

Either a Santoku style 8" knife or a cleaver is what you want. Both are handy in the kitchen

I personally use a cleaver. I am now lucky enough to have two cleavers so it goes twice as fast.
