Smokepins

Postby Norway Joe » Wed Mar 31, 2021 9:12 am

Just got these in the mail. A new product invented by some Norwegians.

They are for coldsmoking. Eg. Smoked salmon, cheese or whatever.

Just light one end up with a lighter and place it at the bottom of the smoker. One tube should last for one hour and 25 minutes.

I got some made of Hickory, Oak, beech and beech/apple.

Look forward to trying them out

Here's a link to their website. It's in Norwegian so Google translate is probably necessary. .ImageImageImage

?LINK? - - - I've never seen anything like that but I would sure be interested in trying to smoke some fish and cheese some time.

Like an amaze-n-tube minus the tube. Cool
