I love CSR's it is my favorite cut for the grill.
I cook mine indirect heat on the Weber Kettle. 30 minutes on each side then cover then in BBQ sauce and wrap in foil. Place back on the grill indirect for 1 to 1.5 hours till fork tender.

Whoda Thunk it but I decided to do a couple of these "Chops" in the Hot Air Fryer on the Grill Setting. The first thing that happened was I caught the Grease that was still in the drip tray on fire and had to extinguish and start over. That'll teach me to clean more often and probably every time I have anything in the drip tray afterwards.
The meat tasted good, however, and it's supposed to be "healthier" for me. The Organic Salad was Larapin along with the loaded Microwaved Tater which probably took a little bit away from the "healthiness"
