I just got back from a funeral in Iowa, I had at least one of these breaded pork tenderloins every day I was there. There are spectacular.

OP, that rolled one looks amazing! Will definitely have to try that.
For the fried one, is that a tenderloin or regular loin pounded out?

AWESOME . The rolled stuffed one looks so tasty..yummy... Might try with the pork loin (I stuffed mine) with smoked green chiles with provolone ñ mozzarella cheese with thin slices of red onion. Really love the breaded pork also. GOLLY IT'S only 4:47 AM ñ looking at UR awesome pork is making me hungry...LOL
Can use Young Gun Hatch's Green Chiles in a bottle also.... but using "fresh smoke green chiles is much better". I have mesquite trees ñ access to mesquite wood to smoke it.
A mistake is sometimes a great creation
