Nice looking omelet, she has taught you well. We don’t see any smoke rolling out of that pit.

Scratch grilled pizza tonight at Mrs Boots’ request and for the brief return of the prodigal son Boots Jr. Film at 11AB as they say (AB = After Burps).

Any Mother’s Day Cooks?
Ribs turned out good. First time doing a dry rub rob and really liked it.
Dry ribs were Meat Church Holy Voodoo and the others were Sucklebusters Hogwaller Honey. All had a layer of SPG on the bottom.
Served with asparagus, smoked twice baked potatoes and my wife made banana pudding for dessert.
Had the added joy of getting my oldest to help. She was a pretty good pit hand today.

Nothing like a Family BBQ Outing and celebrating the Lady of the House.

That looks mighty fine Sooner. Well done on one of the grandest of days. And I hope all mothers were able to eat this well today. Happy Mother’s Day to all. I am out of town for work but the neighbor up at the lake took some flowers out to my mothers grave yesterday.

You are right Sooner, we have very good neighbors up there. And the relationships were cultivated by my parents, Mother and Father. Not only did they take flowers out to the cemetery, he cut the grass at the house for Mothers Day weekend as well and sent photo's.
