Mighty fine looking meal brother.
That yard bird has some beautiful color. that pulled pork looks spot on as well. Nicely done! :salut: :salut: :salut:

Some good lookin stuff. I would have left that little piece in the pan and took the big one.

Might as well get one more meal out of it.

Corn tortillas, pulled pork, cheese, onion, tomatillo salsa on a hot cast iron griddle. Good tacos for sure
