Overflowing Smashburger
We had the English muffins. Looks funny, tastes good.
I used to like thickburgers. Now I'm addicted to these. Next on the Science Experiments list: Meatloaf Smashers.

It was very good!
Next time we may go with either bigger rolls or smaller burgers.

That looks delish!
And the next item on your experiment list sounds VERY interesting! Since Sooner and Joe have this one covered, I'll volunteer for that one!

Re: Overflowing Smashburger
Thanks, everyone! Here's the Science Experiment, which you can't see for the cheese.
They were made from a meat loaf mix of beef and chicken, and held together better than the All-Beef SmashBurgers®️, due to the egg and bread crumb component. They need to be well-done, too, because chicken.
Unseen: another cuke salad and pickles on the side.
I may run a naming contest. Do I call them MeatSmashers? SmashLoaf? SmashSliders?
In any case, we have a dozen of them ready in the freezer. They're going to be part of the regular rotation from now.

I don't know what you should call them, but they sound wonderful. I am a big fan of meatloaf sandwiches, and this seems next-level.

These were exceptionally good!
And they only take about 3 min per side of grilling to be well done.
