I certainly enjoyed the clear skies and low Sixties yesterday and am ready for 'sumore' :texas:

The horses look happy!

Five degrees this morning. But we're on a warming trend.

the picture should show why I have been on the scarce side lately... Thanks to neighbors who helped, who I have been helping as well all that is heard is chain saws running and clean up efforts everywhere... but the trees will grow back hopefully

My oldest S.I.L.'s Lady Friend has a couple of houses on Hilltop Lake Estates and she had some wind damage on the outside and one AC window unit but was lucky after all. It sure could have been worse. :whiteflag:

We really are lucky, we had between 1/2 and 3/4 inch of ice, there are houses in our area that have huge old oaks that are uprooted.
Whether our house sells or not, remains to be seen, that has kept me from cooking much at all so as to prevent "messing up" the kitchen and or patio, per the realtor's request.
We are about to come to the "it matters not" on the sale as no real luck since we put it on the market back in November. :D
We have great neighbors and are thankful for that.
