Smothered BBQ Pork ribs

Postby Castrorudy06 » Sat Oct 03, 2020 4:11 pm

Smoked some pork ribs with sausage. Did the pork ribs a little different this go around, i usually wrap them but this go around didn't. Let them sit for 45 mins, came out fantastic.
No plate pics sorry lol

Both of them are Magazine Centerfold Quality  :chef:
They sure look like Plate Pics to me cause I'd sit down in front of either and hurt myself. :salut: :salut:

Pass the plate
BE WELL, BUT NOT DONE

Bobby: "No."
Hank: "Well, there's really no wrong way to do it."

Looks fantastic! What exactly did you cook with? Do you have a separate smokehouse or do you do it in the grill?

For this one i used my pellet smoker. Its a campchef, but I also have an offset smoker but shes currently being renovated lol. I'm resurfacing my offset smoker, its pretty rusted but I got her for free so I figure some elbow grease and some spray paint n it'll look like new again

Clear. In my yard there is an old grill, which remained from the previous owners. They left it as scrap metal, but I put it in order and now we regularly cook meat on it in the summer. It's small, just right for a family. When friends get together, we light up a large grill so that there is enough for everyone.
