Yes Sir!!! Found my first one in Midland last year. Ribs are great and Brisket is also! Sides are so so. One cool thing I like is they sell craft beer too. You can actually eat inside the area there and drink a beer or just take your bbq to go.
Since then I’ve found one in Pleasanton and surprisingly here in San Antonio.

There's a new HEB being built down the street from my house and I just learned it's gonna have the BBQ store inside! YES..

Man...I'm envious! They just built a new HEB three blocks from my house, but it doesn't have a BBQ counter! Sadly, there are three BBQ places within walking distance and they all suck!

sorry had to edit...there are now 4 BBQ places within walking distance of my house, three of them suck big time, and the 4th (the newest one) is marginal. Funny, they got written up as a big todo in the local paper when they announced they were going in, but for the life of me, I can't imagine why everyone got their panties in a bunch. I mean, I like a little bite to my pork ribs, but the ones I got at the new "Blood Bros." were just darn tough!

Sadly I have to agree, 20/30 years ago there were multiple BBQ sellers in and around Austin and all of them kicked butt!
These days I am under impressed with passes for good Q around here.
I think anytime a store owner sees that 100 people will stand in line for 6/8 hours to buy their meat, the quality goes down it seems.
Perhaps I'm used to my own Q which is 90% on the mark and have little use for rock star level food.

true dat! I don't typically venture down to Pearland for Ronnie Killen's, but I've heard recently that there's been a sharp decline in quality there. Word is he's too busy opening his other restaurants and isn't around to keep 'em honest down there. In fact, I've also heard he admitted that openly.

That's the best time to dine there, when they are new and are working hard at getting everything just right!
