Did a little chicken the other day - SuckleBusters Texas Pecan BBQ Rub and Maple wood for smoke - Finished with SuckleBusters Honey BBQ Sauce

Haven't bought breasts in forever, no interest in them. The thighs are where it's at

it's a funny thing for me because up until I was in my middle 20s I wouldn't eat anything but Thighs then all of a sudden I changed to white meat a la breasts AND OF COURSE I've always eaten wings and back if it's a whole bird - - - I'm doing a beer can bird as I type and I can't wait to pick the carcass for one meal

Actually both indirect first for a bit and then finish them directlty over the coals for a touch of char, glazed at the very end just as they come off the kettle
